• Small hurdle height 50cm
• Big hurdle height 75cm
• Distance form the middle cone –> small hurdle 1.5m and big hurdle 4m

Time criteria:

• Boys under 12s = 5p.
• Boys: 12s-12.5s = 4p.
• Boys: over 12.5s-13s = 3p.
• Boys: over 13s-13.5s = 2p.
• Boys: over 13.5s = 1p.

• Girls: under 14s = 5p.
• Girls: 14s-14.5s = 4p.
• Girls: over 14.5s-15s = 3p.
• Girls: over 15s-15.5s = 2p.
• Girls: over 15.5s =1p.
